NdFeB magnet production process Introduction

1, raw material preparation and pretreatment:
　　Process description: The raw materials were weighed, crushed, broken materials and rust pretreatment.

2, melting:
　　Process description: The pretreated material after praseodymium, neodymium, iron, boron, iron and other ingredients in proportion, adding vacuum melting furnace, after the melting temperature under an argon atmosphere were thrown band. It makes the product composition uniformity, high degree of crystalline orientation, organizational consistency, and avoid ɑ-Fe formation.

3, hydrogen explosion:
　　Process Description: Hydrogen Explosion (HD) technology is the use of hydrogen absorption properties of rare earth metal compound between the NdFeB alloy was placed under a hydrogen atmosphere, a thin layer of hydrogen along the Nd-rich phase into the alloy, making it swell and burst broken, along Nd-rich phase layer at the cracks, to ensure that the main phase and between the Nd-rich grain boundary phase complete. HD technology makes NdFeB rejection sheet becomes very loose, greatly increasing the jet mill pulverizing efficiency, reduce production costs.
