Ferrite is a mixture of some metal oxides fired, and the production process is somewhat similar to ceramics. Ferrite has the characteristics of high magnetic permeability and high resistivity. The main applications are antennas in electronic technology and magnetic cores in inductors. Because of its special qualities, non-metallic magnetic materials are of great help to wireless electronics technology.
